Ingredients:

• chopped cilantro – 1/4 cup

• shredded red cabbage – 1 cup

 • chopped peanuts – 1/4 cup

 • shredded green cabbage – 1 cup

 • chopped scallions – 1/4 cup

  • shiitake noodles Asian Peanut Sauce – 4 cups

Ingredients:-

  • cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon

  • fish sauce – 1 tablespoon

   • ¼ cup – sugar free peanut butter

   • filtered water – ½ cup

   • kosher salt – ½ teaspoon

  • granulated erythritol sweetener – 1 tablespoon

  • wheat-free soy sauce – 1 tablespoon

  • lime juice – 1 tablespoon

  • minced ginger – 2 tablespoons

  • toasted sesame oil – 1 tablespoon

   • minced garlic – 1 teaspoon

Directions for Cooking:

    1) Combine all noodle salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss will mix.
